We expect delays with Next Day Air shipments going to the Gulf region.
If UPS Cannot reach you due to weather related issues, they will not issue a refund for late deliveries.

We want to make the repair and maintenance of your Generac generator as easy as possible.

We have the best return policy in the business!  


Incredibly Easy Return Policy:

Did you purchase a Logic Controller for a 22kw or larger liquid cooled generator?

Sorry, we cannot accept a return on these boards. Programmable control boards are simply not returnable. Once they are programmed, they can never be used on any other generator. If there is an unlikely failure of this controller after installation, contract us and we will walk you through the warranty steps with your local Generac dealer.

Did you purchase any other part from us, and it is in "like new condition" and has not been installed, but you no longer want it?

Send it back!!!. You have 30 days from the date of purchase to decide that you want to send it back.  We only sell NEW OEM Generac parts, so we stand behind everything we sell.  If you ordered the wrong part, we will immediately issue you a return authorization number, you simply cover the shipping cost. If the part we shipped you is not functional, we will handle it as a warranty, and cover 100% of all costs associated with shipping the item back to us as well as the fees we incurred to get the product to you. Please note, that all electronic components (control boards, stepper motors, voltage regulators, etc) that have been installed are not returnable.

To start the return process, simply send an email to returns@generatormagic.com and make sure to include your order number!  We will refund your order via the same payment method you used after we receive the part. Please note, that while we do not deduct any costs for our material or labor, we do deduct our actual shipping fees incurred by UPS from all refunds. Returns are our last priority, and during busy times (hurricanes or large storms) it may take us up to 7 days to process your return after we receive it.


Shipping Policy:

As of December 25th, 2024 we have discontinued shipments to Canada due to 27% of the packages being returned as non-deliverable. We are able to still service Canadian clients via the use of a freight forwarder supplied by the customer.  

On heavy purchases over fifty pounds, (Engines, Stators, Rotors) we use LTL carriers.  But don't worry, because our pricing already includes lift gate delivery service, so the truck driver will be able to lower the purchase to the ground for you. 

When receiving a package via LTL, it is IMPORTANT that you check for damage. We will supply the carrier with your contact phone number and they will call to arrange a delivery time with you. You MUST be present during a LTL delivery.  If anything looks wrong, simply REFUSE delivery and immediately contact us.  The fact that you are reading this far down on a shipping policy is impressive, but don't worry, we send everyone a reminder email about their LTL shipment, so you will receive a reminder when your order ships out!

 

Warranty Policy:

All parts listed on our website include a 30 day warranty period.
