Machined, Bent, and Welded together here in Michigan.
If your Generac generator has a 1.5L Mitsubishi engine, you will eventually need this part. The originals started to exhibit corrosion and high failure rates due to the original metal design not holding up to coolant and pressure. Generac has discontinued the production of this part. We had CAD drawings created from laser measurements and are now replicating the OEM 0a5110, however we are making it out of stainless steel. This inlet pipe will outlast your generator.
This made in Michigan part is a direct replacement for the leak prone #0A5110 water inlet pipe. We have sold over 700 of these inlet pipes without any reported failure.
This is just one of the many custom parts we make for obsolete Generac generators.

Was told this part didn't exist
I paid two different dealers out to try and fix my genset, both dealers said this part wasn't made anymore and the quotes to replace my generator were $17,500 and $19,200. I told one of the dealers I found the part online, and he told me it must have been an old listing because they don't exist. I ordered this up, and while I had one hell of a time getting the gasket to seat, for the first time in 4 years my generator can run without giving me a low coolant alarm after 2 hours. Generac should make these available to all of their dealers, it is not right that many customers are forced to spend close to $20,000 for a replacement unit when this part is all they need.

Generac water inlet pipe
This part is a work of art! Old pipe was brazed and welded and leaking bad. This should be a lifetime fix.

Never had a failure.
I have been purchasing these from Generator Magic for many years. We maintain verizon towers that utilize older Generac generators with the Mitsubishi engines. The original inlet pipe that came from Mitsubishi are absolute garbage and will rust through completely. I used to have to push Verizon to replace complete generators since this part was not available, and temporary patching of the OEM pipes only gave us a year or two before they would leak again. Now I can just install this part and get another 10-15 years out of the units. I hope you continue to produce these until the last Mitsibushi engine on the planet has given up the ghost.

Water inlet pipe
This is a really well made product, stainless so it won't rust again like the original did. I couldn't get this item from any other source and not I'm glad I couldn't as this exceeds my expectations.
