Late Delivery
Ordered and paid for UPS 2nd day delivery. Was sent USPS and lost in shipping. Was told it was shipment was resent out next day air, but when it arrived it was shipped 2nd day air. I understand things happen beyond our control but I didn’t appreciate not being told the whole truth. I do believe that originally someone thought I would receive the package a little sooner if shipped USPS but I do know their service is not as reliable as UPS
